Returns & Cancel Policy

At Beautilicious Delights we follow stringent quality control guidelines and we pack your products with extra care to ensure they reach you in optimal condition. However if for any reason, you are not happy with the product you have ordered from us, you can return it within 10 days since receiving it, for a full refund (this excludes any shipping charges) ONLY IF the product is in its ORIGINAL packaging, with ALL seal intact and in a re-saleable condition. To make sure we can process your return and refund as quickly as possible, please

FOLLOW THIS PROCEDURE:

1. Notify us of your intention to return

Please email us at help@beautiliciousdelights.com to notify us of your intention to return the products making sure to indicate in the email subject line "Returning order n° (include your order number)"  as well as a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. Please also tell us whether you would like an alternative product, a replacement or a refund. Please note your request will incur a delay in processing time IF you return the items without prior notice or if your email is not titled correctly. 

Post The Item To Us

To qualify for a FULL refund, any products being returned must be in their original packaging, with ALL seal intact and in a re-saleable condition.

Please enclose a copy of the invoice with your package and use sturdy packaging to secure the parcel. Please post your item to the mailing address Beautilicious Delights will communicate you, by paying the appropriate shipping costs.

We highly recommend that you use recorded delivery or a similar tracked service and to obtain the necessary insurance which will cover the value of the items should they be lost in transit.

Please also request a proof of postage. Without this, you will be unable to make a claim, should the parcel go missing. 

Please note that we will not be liable for any lost return packages. You are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs and we recommend that you send your exchange with a tracking number as Beautilicious Delights will not be held responsible for lost returns. 

Also, please indicate on package “RETURN, NO DUTIES” or your package will be returned to you. 

Beautilicious Delights does not accept parcels with carriage due. 3. Refund Process

Upon its arrival in stock, the products will be inspected. If the products are found damaged, Beautilicious Delights will deduct a percentage from the refund due, as a contribution to the costs of restoration.

If the product is approved, your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase.  Your refund will be processed within 30 business days (shipping charges excluded). 

The original shipping and handling charges are strong>NOT refundable. Please note that your banking or credit card company may take longer to process the refund and you may need to contact them regarding any pending transaction. It may take up to 5-7 business days once they’ve received the information from us.

Damaged package

If a product has been damaged in transit or is faulty, please contact us to help@beautiliciousdelights.com within 3 working days from the order receipt to arrange a replacement or a refund and return of the faulty item. 

Please indicate as the subject of the email : "Damaged product" including pictures of the faults or damage and which items are affected to allow us to make a claim with the courier.

Your right to cancel



If you wish to cancel your order, make sure to email us to help@beautiliciousdelights.com, subject line must read: "Cancel order n° (indicate the order number)" within the END of the day you placed your order.  If your order has not been shipped, it will be cancelled and there will be no charge. 

We regret that orders that have already been dispatched CANNOT be cancelled.
